Shipping policy

With the exception of preorders, most orders will ship within one to two weeks of receiving your order (however, we strive to fulfill them well before that!).  All orders include tracking.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  Please file a claim with USPS directly.
